ABC Fuel !!! As a longtime customer, I can only say this: dependable, reliable service - come rain or shine, or snowstorm; attentive, responsive customer service; tanker drivers on schedule.. I am glad that it is ABC Fuel with whom My experience has been so trouble-free and that they can always be counted on to "deliver" on your expectations.. Such dedication on the part of ABC Fuel to their duty to serve their customers certainly deserves My appreciation and gratitude..

Beware of the extreme disrespect from this company’s call line. One representative hung up on me after I called to request an oil delivery. I explained that I have a newborn baby at home and was concerned about running out of oil. They then showed up a day earlier than scheduled and delivered oil after I had already arranged delivery with another company so I never had time to cancel the delivery. Despite this, I was charged a so-called “50-gallon minimum,” which is not listed anywhere on their website. The bill left at my home did not show this charge, and I was given no paperwork or explanation for it. When I called to ask why I was charged an additional exact $178, the representative told me it was “because you wasted our time.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Refused to come to my house, I'm frozen in. path dug, fence frozen shut. Refused to walk around the other side or through my home. Swore at my on the phone and hung up on the several times, refused to give me their names said I didnt need it. Then topped it off with "have a nice day". Oil prices are way too high anyways, get a company who cares about you! And i expect you will remove this, but ill just put it back up. If I could give zero stars I would. And you better believe I will be calling back during the week to talk to a manager or owner.

I called ABC from Fla as my Dads home is in Danbury. He was on vaca in California when he suffered a stroke. With winter on us n his fuel low, they were able to long distance facilitate a drop in a days time! Thanks to all who helped me help my DaD ☮️

My experience with this company was excellent they have some great people working for them thank you Steve' delivery man such incredible person thanks for helping point out something we had no idea was an issue with our oil tank gauge to take the time to ask to take a look at something to try and help see what was up with everything was kind thank you for assisting appreciate going the extra mile to help. ABC fuel is great and they have some great employees that take time to offer to check something out which helped resolve the problem on customers end much appreciated pointed out faulty tank gauge great people great service and great company thanks again Steve was a big help Bryan C.
