ABC Glass Company

Needed 3 new windows in my new home, scheduled appt right away to come out and give me an estimate. Showed up early for appt and did call me to make sure it was okay. Kristen called to make sure I got the estimate, which accidentally went into my spam folder. I had no questions, as everything is clearly spelled out for me. Estimate/price was great and lower than another well known glass company in the valley. They ordered the windows and should be installed in 10 - 14 days. Very happy with the service and speaking with Michelle to give her my credit card….

I've used ABC Glass one-time before and had a great experience (a window repair) which is why I did not hesitate to call them and ask them to come out and quote me on repairing another window. I didn't even bother calling around this time because I knew I wanted them to do the work. The field techs arrived and were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. After quickly assessing the situation, they did the measurements and discussed in detail the next steps. I received the free estimate within 24 hours and it was even lower than I had expected. As they did a quality job on my last repair, I have full confidence that this repair will also go well. Well, it's been two weeks, the techs were back out and had my new glass put in. ABC Glass did a nice job replacing an arched window that was some how broken during the remodeling of their master bathroom. I needed to have the glass replaced on a window due to condensation. ABC came out within a day of calling to get measurements and give me an estimate and the project was finished within a couple weeks. They were always on time and finished promptly. Nice seeing such good customer service.

ABC Glass was very helpful when I had called about my broken window! I was able to get an appointment to get my window measured out and my estimate was delivered in an efficient manner and was one of the better quotes we received. When the techs came in my house they took their shoes off which was honestly very nice of them and didn’t go unnoticed. So far this company is making me feel like I’m in good hands with choosing them to replace my window. Now having had my window replaced I want to add that Robert Perez & Jimmy Jarquin were extremely nice and courteous with helping get my window installed. They answered all my questions and concerns on the spot as well as kept the space nice and tidy. Much appreciated guys !!
