ABC Hardwood Floor Refinishing

The floor looks great. And the owners were upfront, on time and clear about pricing. But I made an agreement for the worker Kevin to lay quarter round trim. BIG mistake! He gave me the run around for 2 weeks with promises and excuses until finally he just didn’t show up at all! No call no show! So do yourself a favor and don’t believe a word Kevin says!

I scheduled to have my floor refinished by ABC Hardwood refinishing well in advance. It was scheduled for 25th of March 2019. I provided the square feet of the house to be done. Once contacted the owner gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable and stated he would meet me on the 25th between 9:00am & 9:30am to start work. On the 25th of March I received a phone call at 8:27am on my way home from work to meet the gentleman doing work (I had to leave work to meet him). He then stated that he was not going to be able to make it to meet me that it would have to be the following day on the 26th when they started. He went on to explain they were behind due to weather. To further the situation we had already booked a non- refundable stay at the Sleep Inn that cost $312 total. It is now 10:36am I

My mom, Linea had 2 our our bedroom floors done recently and they look beautiful!! Kevin did a wonderful job..

Used this company to strip and darken original floors from 1941. 3 bedrooms a hall and living room. Very professional employees, very knowledgeable. Excellent service!
