Paid for my key to be replaced, but then he lost the cover to my car over the key lock and will not pay for it. $40 part that they refuse to pay for will definitely be taking them to an attorney and suing them for negligence never go to this company. They do not replace your loss Parts that they lose. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau also

Called to have my car unlocked Liz he said he would be here in 35 minutes that I would be next. Called back and hour and ten minutes later to get the ETA and he stated he was still 15 minutes away. With no call or text to say he was going to be a little while longer then planned. I then asked how much it would be since he quoted me $120 just to unlock my car since I locked my keys on my set. So I told him that was ok that that is to much money just to unlock my car. And that I didn’t need him to come. So I called Eagle towing and they are almost here for only $55. He did call back ten minutes later to see if I still wanted someone to be dispatched out and I had to tell him no again. Ridiculously priced and lack there off on communication a waiting time..

I called in the morning needing another key made for my Outback and I was able to meet them at another job they were doing and had my key made in less than an hour and half from phone call to driving away.
