Jack arrived within an hour of our phone call! Had a great sense of humor and solved all my problems in less than a half hour! Got into our locked room, tightened the handles, rekeyed the doors and we shouldn't have any problems moving forward! Fast, friendly and thorough! Hands down would recommend!

Had an issue with my deadbolt on my garage door. Jack was quick to answer and was able to get there shortly to repair it. Door and lock works better now than when it was first installed. Price was fair and consistent with what others quoted. Would use ABC lock and safe again.

ABC Lock & Safe saved the day! My car locked with my only keyfob inside while I was about to leave to a big event. We called in a bit of a panic, and Jack said he could be there in about 20 minutes. He left right away and arrived in great time. He successfully opened my car - in a torrential downpour - and I actually made it to my event on time. We had an issue with our key fob not working due to a dead vehicle battery, and needed a locksmith pronto. We called ABC Lock, and Jack was very responsive, was able to get to us quickly, got our truck unlocked efficiently and his pricing seemed very reasonable. Definitely will use again when needed.

The bedroom door latch broke with the door in the closed position at our 82-year-old house (no idea how old the latch is). After removing the handle and trying everything I could think of to get the latch to work, I watched some YouTube videos of professional locksmiths struggling with this challenge, I called Jack at ABC Lock and Safe because he was listed on Google maps as being closest to my house. It turned out to be a tricky fix, but he stayed with it, finally drilling the latch into oblivion to save the door. He replaced a latch that worked with the existing doorknob.
