Save yourself a headache and go with someone else. Van Lier Roofing did a poor job on a repair that ended up costing us thousands. Nick even threatened my business with a poor review if I told people what happened. He also claimed our roof needed replacing after the 2013 floods, which was completely untrue.

Can't recommend Van Lier roofing highly enough! If you're looking for a quality roofing company, this is it. Neil was great. He came out (twice) and spent a lot of time with us discussing options. Whether the job is big or small, they take the time to make sure it's done right. Prices are extremely competitive and they are an absolute pleasure to work with.

Save yourself the trouble and work with someone else. Nick ran me around in circles for a month telling me he was going to come write me an estimate on a small job. After blowing me off twice and not returning my calls I finally got him out to take a look 3 weeks later. He told me he would send me an email with an estimate and would be out do the job in 2 weeks. 2 more weeks pass with no estimate and I call and Nick says he will send it out today. The next morning there is no email from him so I call again, after calling 3 times I finally got ahold of Nick who again acted like it was no big deal that he had blown me off for a month. I finally got the estimate this morning that he obviously only spent 2 minutes on because there is no breakdown of anything and it's an outrageously large num

Great company, they did a roof certification on our house. When I later found what I thought were leaks they came all the way up our mountain for free to check it out in person and verify it wasn't actually a leak. I offered to pay for their time but they declined.
