I own a business in this area of 30yrs and this company installed a roof on our building being paid nearly 15k a couple years ago. Recently, the ceiling fell in due to leakage. They sent someone out and he said it can be fixed for around 4500, therefore, claiming it had not been done correctly. When questioned, he said he wasn't with the company then, as was the case with anyone else I spoke with. As previous reviewers stated, they are quick to take your deposit but wont stand behind their workmanship. Find a reputable company that will stand behind their work with a good warranty, not a fly-by-night type!

Communication was excellent very detailed on every aspect. After my roof was completed they went over everything with me that was done also. I am very pleased with ABC roofing if you need a roof I suggest using them

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They did a small job for me so I felt comfortable contracting them to re-side my house. They took the $13000 from the insurance settlement and have refused to do the work. They will not respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. When I try to contact them to escalate to management, the person who answers the phone says he doesn't know the name of anyone at the company or their contact information. He just answers the phones! Ridiculous! I've been waiting over 9 months for any communication about them stealing $13k from me. They also have an F rating from the BBB with 36 complaints just in the last 12 months for situations similar to mine where they take money and refuse to do the work.

I am glad that I chose ABC Roofing to replace the roof on my house. Their Sales Rep. Jeremy Taugner was excellent in providing an estimate, explaining the contract and scheduling the work. The work crew was amazing in removing the old shingles and putting on a new roof in one single day. Clean up was awesome. The roof looks great, even better than I expected.

Hired ABC general contractors, a subsidiary of ABc roofing, but all their contracts and business cards are abc roofing so I'm leaving the review here. Strongly recommend avoiding this company. They claim to be BBB accredited, but please check the actual BBB site. Countless complaints and they are in fact not accredited to go along with their F rating. Every individual I spoke to at this company undeniably lied to me and lied with purpose... that includes one office individual, 3 contractors, and second hand quotes from the owner. They are quite shady and do not stand by their work. In fact they will simply tell you want you want to hear until you give up trying to find a resolution because actually being helpful is apparently not something they want to consider.
