ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning

SCAM COMPANY Last year my roommate sent our living room rug to ABC cleaners for a cleaning the price quoted was almost the same as buying a new rug but we elected to do a cleaning for sustainability reasons. We were quoted a reasonable 2 week turnaround however it took them over a month to get us our rug back after calling multiple times and being called impatient and difficult just for asking where rug was then claiming it was exceptionally dirty and required multiple cleanings. Once our rug was delivered it looked visibly filthy (far worse then when we sent it in) after opening the plastic wrapping we were hit with a VERY strong chemical odor that reminded me of wood stain.
