ABC Septic Pumping

I understand septic issues aren't much fun and waiting for service is never enjoyable but give these guys credit where credit is due. It is a difficult, messy job and between scheduling service and routes and emptying full trucks there may be moments where its not a perfect science, especially if they are stuck on a difficult clean out or helping a customer with a clog, going the extra mile is what ABC does, they just did for my family, again! In particular, Shawn or Sean provided a superior level of professional service. Guy performed miracles and taught me a lot about not only my tank but also my leaching field, like a boss! ABC has earned our business!

My experience was the worst possible. I called Art in make an appointment to have my septic pumped. He said it would be a week to get to my home. I waited he never showed nor did he call. I called him twice and he said he was tied up. I hade to wait an additional 10 days for another appointment. The day came, he called and said he could not find the tank cover. Mind you I am an existing customer and he has been there before. He had no prior records of my home, but I do have the reminder card he mailed out from last service. He called me yesterday and said he could not find it, he is much to busy to do the job and to find someone else. He has terrible customer service skills and a poor attitude. I will never call this place again and I advise other to disregard him for septic ser

I called to have my septic pumped and ABC was able to squeeze in an appointment the next day (I had two days off). The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job! I would highly recommend!!
