Just wanna give a big THANK YOU to ABC Septic Tank Service of Ocala ! I had a 💩 emergency yesterday, while dealing with another emergency. I called to see when they could come out, he said Friday, then he called back and said there was a cancelation and he could come out that day. I said that would be great, but I'm not sure when I'll be home to pay you, then I explained my emergency situation to him. This man, a man who had never even spoken to me before and knew nothing about me other than my current chaotic situation.... offered to do the job and let me meet up with him later in the evening for payment! They were at my house within about an hour. I ended up being home before they left, but am sooo thankful he was even willing to do that for me! And then when they were here, they fully

I called them first thing in the morning and they showed up right away, punctual, personable, and extremely professional from the start. Once they got to work, they quickly discovered that the last company (a very well-known one in our community, I might add) had only drained the liquid side of our septic tank less than a year ago, despite charging us for a full pump. No wonder we were already having issues again, the solid side hadn’t been touched. Not only did this team do the job the right way, but they also noticed that part of the tank lid wasn’t sealing properly due to some broken concrete. Rather than just pointing it out and leaving it, they pulled out a bag of concrete they had in their truck, mixed it up, and
