What impressed us the most was John’s knowledge and patience in helping us understand how the system works, his inspection results and things to consider moving forward. John was amazing and we wish we could use him as an inspector for all of our future home improvement projects! John and his team did an amazing job with my septic replacement! He was super honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the huge task as simple as possible on my end, and has been so and patient throughout the process. I just bought my first house and had to get a renovation loan in order to replace the septic and didn't know what I was doing at all. ABC Septic is the very rare company that is 100% professional, and trustworthy. John came to inspect the septic system on a house our family was considering purchasing. He showed up on time (actually early), gave an honest appraisal and sound advice for next steps should the purchase go through. We did end up getting the house, and the first person I called was John, who immediately got us scheduled for a full replacement. There weren't any changes, or bait and switch- the job was done blazingly fast, with full and excellent communication every step along the way.
