My grandmother purchased a house this company had replaced the roof on in 2016. I have to make this review because of her age, she isn’t able to use the internet well. Her entire ceiling is covered in water damage in the past two months. This roofing company has been trouble. They claim the water damage is only condensation! It’s the entire roof. The ceiling is bowing in the living room around a lamp- he said it was something to do with wind. First he claimed his staff looked at it and they said there’s no issues. We didn’t even know they came! This is an elderly woman. Then he came himself with a barrage of excuses when she pressed him to look himself. No accountability. Poor communication- he missed an appointment. Failure five years later! No offer of warranty coverage or r
