I knew what I needed and ordered it from the guy at the front desk. The experience just neutral. It was not exemplary service nor was it bad service by any means it was an average interaction, what I expected. I have in the past and most likely will shop there in the future. If I need more instruction, expertise or additional service and it's exemplary it deserves 5 stars!

Walked in to try and get some window prices and the kid behind the counter, who didn’t stop eating the whole time, basically told me if I wasn’t a contractor he could not help me. Brother I have spent about $20k in window replacement over the last year and I installed every one of them. I’ll never go back.

Scott and his team are incredibly valuable, knowledgeable and patient. I am new to Michigan and likely had too many questions, however, as I mentioned the answer to all my questions to the T. Thank you to everybody there for all of the help you have provided.

This store has really turned around with Ashlen in charge. John as the outside sales rep is a huge improvement too. Inside sales is doing great too. Give them all raises.
