Don't show up for delivery before 9 am. Nor is there really room to park the night before.

Customer service was very professional. Even the warehouse employees bay 2 was very helpful. Got everything i needed.

I really like this business. They are true professionals and know their products. They also provide friendly service in a timely manner. If you are a professional contractor and need quality materials this is your place. A special shout out to Kim who always takes care of me and orders the correct windows the on the first try. Staff are barely helpful, order takers not salespeople, OK inventory for the limited stuff they carry. I added a * to 3* for their general manager who is well informed and from the industry otherwise, this place is worth 2* at best. I prefer Harvey's in Berlin. I have to drive 10 extra mins to get there but it's well worth it. At least they had nice sales people who know their stuff. They are also more flexible on their pricing and have a kinder yard staff.
