Fantastic crew. So polite, knowledgeable & professional. The communication between the company and homeowners (us) was great. Michael was our key contact and was so helpful & understanding. We knew when & who would be at the house, what would be accomplished & all of our WHYS were answered. They were respectful of the property and other people that were at the house. From start to finish they were 5stars.

Very prompt and thorough. They did great work and were very nice respectful people. We had a water issue that impacted multiple floors of our house. The team of Mike and Ramon got everything dried and removed all things that needed to be taken out. They were diligent and fast. Luis was also amazing on clean up. Highly recommend this company.

Wonderful service! They were very helpful and they came in a timely manner to help with a damage that was caused by an ice dam on top of my roof. They are very kind and polite starting from the office manager (Lexi), the contractor (Jessica) and the amazing team on the ground (Luis & Dave). They are also very well connected to other services and connected me to enxecellent plumber and a roofer. Thank you for your help and the continued help over the next few weeks while repairing the damages

Luis and crew arrived at the expected time and were very polite and respectful. They took the steps to protect our floors and carefully remove our cabinets to locate the source of our water damage. They communicated with me throughout the process. The Total Restoration team was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Needed a restoration company quick for drywall replacement after a ceiling leak and I'm glad I called Total Restoration. Frank came out the next day to assess the situation and reassured us they would be able able to help right away. His team did an amazing job and after 2 days our living room was restored back to normal. We were very impressed at their quality of work and the way they kept us in the loop at every step along the way. We will definitely call them if needed again in the future!
