We had shingle damage after a hail storm, and Artisan was the very best choice for replacing our roof. We looked at certifications, references, and product quality; all top notch. Tanner helped us navigate the insurance claims process, handled meeting the adjuster, facilitated scheduling the job, and was readily available to us from start to finish for any questions. On installation day, Brandon and the whole crew were professional, efficient, and meticulous; leaving a beautiful new roof and a completely clean property. We highly recommend Artisan!

We had hail damage from a storm in July. Tanner came and looked at the roof and said we had a good shot with calling in a claim to insurance. Tanner worked directly with the insurance company, met them here for the inspection, talked and negotiated with them on my behalf. When the work was being completed, Brandon the project manager, was great. He explained to me the whole process, what was going to be done, the timeline, etc. The crew was extremely respectful and when they left there wasn’t one thing left behind. The yard was so clean it was like they were never here. Thanks again Brandon and Tanner. Nothing but good things to say.

I had a great experience working with Artisan. I needed to replace my roof quickly and they were extremely accommodating. I initially worked with Alex, he’s very knowledgeable, attentive and answered all my questions in a timely matter. I was mostly impressed by how organized and respectful the roofing team was. They showed up on time, took extra measures to ensure my home was protected during the install and did an outstanding job cleaning up after. Great job on a complicated roofing project. I chose Artisan because they had past experience installing mid-roof intake vents. My attic needed more ventilation, and my house has no eaves, so I was looking to get mid-roof intake vents installed. Artisan's Justin S. guided me through the quoting process. The job was started 2 weeks after the quote and completed in 1.5 days of work, despite unexpectedly needing to replace all of the (62-year-old) plywood decking and having rain cut the first day short.
