My neighbor had a new tile roof installed on 2/28. The transport company for the tile is AAA supply. The transport driver hit the xfinity cable internet line with his forklift/skidsteer as he was loading back up his truck to be done for the day. The fact that he hit the line, stretched it back out along the ground in a line to make it look like it was already like that, and didn't notify my neighbor that he messed up is unacceptable. No accountability whatsoever, now I had to call xfinity to come out to repair the line, which is 3 days. Working from home and needing wifi is essential and the fact that the driver showed ZERO accountability for snapping the line when he was in a rush to go home for the day is why I'm leaving this review.
