If I could rate this place zero stars I absolutely would. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. Went to this place to browse for some roofing shingles with my contractor and got treated terribly by this hispanic female employee who said and I quote “are you guys here to shop or lowball prices?” in Spanish. I was shocked and embarrassed by the audacity this unpleasant woman had. Unfortunately the story doesn’t end there. We then proceeded to buy from this location only for us to end up getting a completely different color shingle than what we had originally ordered. Overall this place seems like an absolute mess. While waiting for our order we kept seeing contractors correcting the warehouse workers about their orders and often times many of them had to go back to the office du

Emet and Deric, the forklift guys got the job done quick and Unloaded me in less than 10 minutes. Great job. Note: there’s no place to sleep near by.

Worst ABC in the state. Even Baltimore and Cumberland are more reliable and have better service.

For truckers: Deliveries here isn't bad. I delivered a load of shingles to this facility and it was alright. Unloader worked quick. Only issue is that they don't have over night parking so you have to find parking around the neighborhood. Also, shingles are to be delivered down the street in another warehouse. Otherwise, it was a good experience
