Hallelujah Plumbing are scammers and don’t deserve a half a star. If you have first American warranty don’t let them refer you to these guys. Scammers calling themselves Plumbers. The tech Lee Williams arrived to my house and said he knew exactly what the problem was. He stated that he would need a part and that he would return. I paid him the service fee for coming out he never showed up. He said he was fired and no longer worked for the company, but continued to text me about doing the job I guess so he can pocket the money. The owner Don Dwayne called and said he would send a tech over with the part but nobody showed up. Although it took Hallelujah Plumbing a day to get back with me, once they set the appointment, they kept in touch to let me know exactly when they would arrive. I was referred through my home warranty service and they did fix my plumbing issue without a problem. The gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

Be careful. My home warranty company sent them to my home to replace my hot water heater. They improperly installed it and did not vent it so that carbon monoxide could be released in my home. Another contractor came to service my furnace and alerted me when he noticed the bent and broken up vent on the floor. I am glad my child and I are alive. They are no longer associated with the home warranty company and the company is reviewing all claims they handled.

Our warranty company assigned this fake business to repair the sump pump. He came and got the $75 deposit on a Friday and said he would be back on Saturday. Never showed up, never called. I called many times and he never answered, he sent a text saying he would call me but never did. Meanwhile, my basement filled up with 3 inches of water. The home warranty company said they could only reassign the call and it would take 24 hours. I had to call another plumber who came out and resolved everything. Like other posters said, this guy is a con artist.

Con artist! Took my $100 deductible said he would contact the home warranty company and request a new water heater, since mine was 26 years old. 5 days went by and not one call from him. Called him on 5th day and he said he was waiting on the approval. Called home warranty company who told me he never submitted a diagnosis. So, now I have to wait to be seen by another company while I still have to take cold showers. "Support black-owned companies" NEVER AGAIN!!. They are scammers, probably spent time in the slammer.
