This place is a joke, get here to unload with 1 truck ahead of me. Truck off loads and reloads, and it takes over 2 hours to do so! With this being said, I missed a reload due to people standing around and shooting the crap! This place doesn't care about the drivers that need to offload, and get back on the road!

Lady on the phone super helpful Miss Shelly got here checked in again super helpful first thing out of the forklift driver's mouth was I don't care he can wait.... I didn't even say anything to him he wasn't talking to me just about me he gets me offloaded but then decides to start stocking instead of getting my paperwork he starts looking for the paperwork He's lost it what should have taken 1/3 of the time is now being an hour and 10 minutes still waiting for them to find my paperwork or he's got to make a copy of it he doesn't know what happened to it

Manager is rude and terrible at customer service. We purchased shingles from them they gave us way to many bundles took them back and 2 weeks later still waiting for my refund. Website shows it should only take 2 to 3 days for a refund. Also, only wanted to give us a refund of 7.00 a bundle because part of the purchase was under warranty. Really....you got your payment from warranty company as well as our out of pocket cost which was over 1000.00. Had a receipt and product was returned in same condition it was delivered in. They definitely don't stand by the product. All the other employees besides the manager was very nice and helpful. I do have a receipt for my returned product and will be taking it to the attorney general if I don’t receive my refund in a timely manner. This is ridic

Gabe and Jim are really great guys. Always answer the phone. They never act bothered when I call. Great costumer service! The delivery drivers are very hard working and thoughtful. Great company

Unfortunately they refuse to stand behind their products. Had ordered windows and had their warranty with it. One window failed and cracked within the first few months of being installed. They claimed they would stand behind it and supply a new window, which in fact they did not. They got a couple of panes and don’t want to be bothered to actually get the replacement window like they said they would honor in their warranty. Not worth the hassle to deal with them not standing behind the products they sell.
