Stopped in for a few things. Girl at front counter was on her phone and I didn't really want to hear the whole conversation. I asked her for help finding something and she gave me this look like I'm only my phone. So after she was done I asked her again and she basically told me she didn't know but it might be somewhere down the isle. So I asked a cashier and got the same response. Finally after walking through the store a nice gentleman in the tool area past the pro desk helped me. Apparently my money isn't good enough to put down your phone for a minute, or to the cashier to even try to help me. Highly doubt I will be buying anything from here in the near future. Would love to give zero stars, but there was that one gentleman that did help me.

We placed an order for delivery for a customer. We were kept up to date and alerted via text about the status for our deliveries on 12/10. We had an issue and I called the store from another state, a very friendly associate answered the phone, I explained the situation to her, and she went and communicated with the manager and worked together to resolve the situation. Kudos to your manager, the very friendly associate who answered the phone and your delivery team for going above and beyond. I wish I had gotten all your names for this review.

My 80 year old mother in laws dryer went out it was over 21 years old so we decided to just buy a new one. So we found one at Farmington Lowe's we called and paid over the phone. When they delivered it they wouldn't hook it up because it had a elbow on the vent pipe so they just left it in the middle of the hallway so I had to hook it up I realized that they didn't leave the vent hose and the 2 clamps that they said I had to buy along with a new power cord so I had to use the old one. Over the next two days I talked to 6 different people including a assistant manager about getting the money refunded we paid for the dryer hose and clamps and all I got was the run around the person was supposed to call me back in 24 hours. I would give zero stars if possible! I bought washer and dryer from Farmington Lowes in December 2025 they said would be delivered Jan 13. Why this matters is their policy is to not take your money until delivery scheduled date. I was then told by warehouse the delivery was not happening until February. They knew they were out of stock and wouldn't be able to make original delivery but still scheduled an earlier date so they could take my money! They show up and said my water wouldn't turn off (the delivery guy mentioned he was hungover. It was evident he didn't want to do job). He kept dumping water onto my newly installed floors (from Lowes) and then said they couldn't finish job until plumbing fixed. They put appliances in my garage! Just went to Farmington Missouri Lowes and could not find one person in the building working. Could not walk through the lumber department for all the orders sitting on carts in the way. Then I went to checkout to find that they have done away with all checkers and expect you to do their job for them now. Goodbye Lowes there are bigger better places that still care about customer service.
