Good luck getting any help from these people. Wanted to buy a certain roofing material, they are rearranging their store, were supposed to call me back with the info I wanted (like price, if I can order it still, etc). Never heard a peep. I'll be going elsewhere and buying, even if it means I don't get the materials I wanted originally.

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Being sarcastic with customers is not a good trait for your employees to have.Save yourself some time and anguish and go to your local Beacon store.I have been dealing with ABC supply and Beacon supply for many years and have never had these problems with either of them at any other locations.

This is for professional grade materials, there's a HUGE difference between, big box store and a supplier that specializes in materials. The other thing is the advice, they have technical support teams, specialists that come out to your jobsite. They will help train your crews.

Difficult to get price list from them. The app shows way higher pricing then in store, but they couldn’t figure out how to give me a price catalog so I could know how to order.
