Incredibly frustrating. Trying to locate and order materials, but the guy on the phone barely spoke any english and had no idea about anything! Complete waste of time, as I had to just hang up and call a different supplier!

I have been using this place for over 10 years. I complained about several things such as the price increase and missing order parts. I talked about it and my specialist was changed. They did a good job of following up. After that, the price when ordering came to me at a higher price than other places. I don't want to disparage this place. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, but after few my complained, my price became expensive like a cash account. Hope we be nice with them or hit by increase price bomb.

This guy's are nothing but thieves i paid them to pickup some leftover materials i bought from them i checked in person it was in a pristine shape but they told me it was trash so they wouldn't reimburse me any money it wasn't much but they kept my money it was around 300 dollars but still its a steal
