I've been buying roofing products as a contractor from abc locations all over this state for 15 years. Probably generated a few hundred thousand in purchases or more over the years. I've never run into a worse location than this one. The older guy at the desk that answers the phone is a dishonest, careless, rude, and incompetent about how corporate suppliers work and who pays his company to pay his bills for the strenuous chair labor he provides them (contractors like me). Long story short I called in a pick up of some extra shingles off a job site (100% normal, everyday operation for abcs all over nc) Just calling in the pickup seemed to be a problem as he overspoke me, huffed and puffed, and met me with hostility trying to convince me that they don't stock certainteed landmark pro pewte

Great place to deliver to. Entrance is infront of building, one way in/ out. Quick unload.

The employees here just suck!!! Lazy ahhhh employees and terrible manager. Don’t go here

First time I ve been to this ABC. Just like all the other locations. Staff is very nice and helpful. My go to Roofing supply store.

ABC Supply Co. in New Bern is the best place to get your whole house materials- windows, doors, roofing, siding. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and they have excellent delivery service. I've been building for 36 years and "I LIKE EM!"
