I mainly deal with Rick, Bob, and Julie are always happy to help. Bob has a wealth of knowledge and is our go to guy for color matching. Rick goes above and beyond for his customers and really puts in the work so you don’t have to when you have a question or need something. Julie will always stop what she is doing to make sure you are in and out so you can get back to the job. This customer kindness doesn’t stop there. When you take your order out to the yard you’ll be able to meet one of the most positive attitude people you will ever meet. Just want to say THANKS to Robert at the San Marcos location. We're DIY guys, willing to tackle any reasonable project. After researching low-slope roofing options, we came across the "Mulehide" product line, and discovered we could purchase that roofing system here. All we had to do was give Robert the dimensions of the surface to be roofed. He figured out exactly what we needed, including the drip flashing, wrote it up as an estimate for us to make our decision. ABC had everything in stock. No ordering. No waiting. And it is not an expensive roofing system considering we did all the labor. Mulehide has lots of YouTube tutorial videos to help with all your questions.

Beware! ABC Supply bullies homeowners with threatening lien letters. ABC was a 3rd party supplier for roofing materials for my house. I had no contract with them. No sooner than the roof work started I received a letter via certified mail threatening a lien against my house if they were not paid. Seriously? The work just started and you are threatening a lien so I will strong arm my contractor to pay you. What is this, COD. No! Contracts have payment terms, so how about waiting until a bill is past due. Horrible business tactics threatening homeowners in this way. For all that read this, choose your contractors carefully and ask if they can get supplies from a different vendor as to not put you in the middle. Hopefully one with better business ethics.
