ABC Supply is a mixed bag. I really liked the yard hands: very helpful and friendly. The desk crew on the other hand I found to be unsatisfactory. Without going into too much detail I will just say: Be prepared to spend some time making an order. They won't make even a vague estimate as to when your stuff will arrive but instead will promise to call when it does. Don't believe them: after one week call them and then call again every other day and gently inquire as to it's status.

Trying to get some roofing panels ordered was impossible. There's apparently only one guy who is capable of doing the thing and he kept being unexpectedly out of office for 10 days. I know exactly what I need and can't get it ordered- super frustrating.
