Bad experience from start to finish. Not at all friendly at the desk, took twice as long as I was quoted for the windows to be made, then they were the wrong size. Was told I have no recourse. Won’t be using these guys again.

The best building supply in Reading, fair pricing, fantastic customer service and the amount of material in stock is impressive. This branch knows how to treat customers, whether you are a contractor or homeowner. They will educate you and know their materials very well. Will continue to do business here

Great service, friendly staff, fair pricing, and extensive selection. Nice selection of residential roofing and siding in stock with more available through special orders. Quick turn around on special orders. Wide selection of accessories, windows, doors, and tools for your project. Many available payment options from cash or credit card across the counter to business accounts. Can accommodate any size remodeler/contractor. Only open weekdays over the winter, but well worth stopping by to check out what is available. Keep in mind they are geared toward contractors and professional trades.

Went inside and gave the specs of windows to someone behind the counter. Was told I’d have a quote in a day or 2. Provided my contact info, phone/email. Never heard from the place. Been nearly 2 weeks as of today and still nothing. Ended up buying 13 windows from another place.

As long as you're standing at the window you get there attention, but you will spend all your time chasing the sales team. Deliveries are great, wharehouse service is phenomenal. Not follow through with the sales. Obviously they are making money hand over first and don't need to worry about customer care
