Not sure this is completely ABC’s fault but, I received a load from a broker to pick up at this location at 6am and deliver to Omaha, NE same day [6.5hrs away]. I arrived to an empty parking lot at approx. 5am, and at 6am went inside to check in after seeing some arriving cars. The door was unlocked but the office empty. Outside gate still locked, I’ve been sitting in the office waiting, and have not seen a single soul until 630a when one of ABC’s drivers just walked in but couldn’t help me and walked back out. It’s stuff like this that seems to be getting worse everywhere. Like my time isn’t valuable?? I’m getting paid to safely drive a load for this company from Point A to Point B, including loading and unloading. I don’t get paid a single penny to sit around and wait, and all this doe

Very friendly customer service and got unloaded extremely quick. I got unloaded at 7am but *Note* the gentleman said they dont start unloading till 8am.
