If I could give zero stars I would. ABC's inexperienced drive pulled in to my driveway right in the middle with our roof and others weighing 60000 pounds! When we called management , the guy said"i could help you guys out with your driveway but I'm not going to! Seriously! 2 years ago arrowhead put everything on our roof and we never had any damage done. This is not how you do business and we will not be returning customers if this isn't fixed.

They want you to leave but they won't make people move out of the red box so that we can get a 70 ft long truck and trailer spun around so that we can exit. When explaining to them that I need enough room to be able to spend this truck and trailer around and the people are blocking the room they got a bad attitude and demand that I at least try. Pretty obvious that is 70 ft long truck and trailer does not spin around in a 50 ft wide area. I can try but I'm not liable whenever something gets hit after I tell you that there's not enough room and you have a bad attitude and insist that I try anyways!!!! YOU WANT TO HAVE SO MUCH STUFF AND SO MANY VEHICLES ON SITE THAT WE CANNOT SAFELY MANEUVER SEMI TRUCKS, THAT IS 100% YOUR FAULT AND YOUR LIABILITY WHEN SOMETHING GETS HIT!!! The last thing I

The folks who work here are the best! Worry free ordering, expertise, timely delivery, reasonable prices and exceptional customer services (custom shape/size windows). After my last big order, we (contractors/me/Menards) forgot an accessory part for siding order - a Unicorn in a special color (black gable vent). Garrett at ABC went out of his way to find rare product at another location and even offered to coordinate fast delivery, will -call pick up and expediting the process. I highly recommend this company. I have not had close to the same experience with Home Depot, Lowe's or Menards in the extensive renovations of two homes.

Great staff! Very helpful, friendly, and they try real hard to make sure everything is right and quick with your orders. This is our favorite location. Our order is almost always ready when we get there. The other locations wait until you get there to start doing your order, which is not convenient at all. Times I have waited close to an hour to get our order that was called in. We do a lot of business with ABC and other then the other locations being slow, we are pretty happy going here. Keep up the great work Overland!
