I called asking about roof coatings, and the agent suggested one that costs over $400 (for 5 gal). I asked if there were any alternatives and he replied "you asked for a roof coating". I was simply asking if there were alternatives. Then he hung up on me. How rude. Do you think I'm going to give these guys my business? And yes I get it, some of these products are expensive.

Terrible, unprofessional customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Gave me the run around then refused to order the siding I needed bc it was too much of a hassle for them to serve their local customers. Also bad mouthed and criticized the Rochester location and its employees that were willing to order then ship my siding to their Syracuse location to save me from having to drive over an hour and cart a 12 foot box of siding home. Useless and they couldn’t care less about their Syracuse customers or potential customers. My advice is to take your business and your money elsewhere.

Do not like the store on one side of street and pick up acrossed the street down a little tight drive through to the yard. People were nice and good service. I do not deal with them enough to know about how good the prices and anount of stock they carry to comment. Picked up self adhered roofing and everything went well.

Quick unloading, if you have shingles, fenced in lot, walk your paperwork across street to office

Terrible service! if I could give them less than 1 star I would! I specifically asked them if they sell to public and they said "yes absolutely", so I drove down there and went to the counter to get a quote on supplies for a metal roof for my shed. I went through all the items with the guy at the counter to make sure I was ordering the right items (I have never done a metal roof before). the guy at the counter took down all the information and said he would call with the estimate. Two days went by no call so I called them and asked to talk to the same person but he was busy at the counter so I left a message still almost a week later NO call, NO estimate! there guys cant be bothered by the guy trying to do a small job on his own.
