I went to this store to request changing locks. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything immediately including the pricing. The work was done efficiently. Will definitely go back for other key jobs.

Do not use this company. The cylinder they installed 9 months ago failed preventing me from opening the door from the inside. The guy I spoke with kept insisting it wasn’t his work and after I found the receipt to prove it was them. he tried to argue that the cylinder wasn’t what failed without even looking at the problem. Little regard for my safety. Worst company. I would not had minded paying another 220 dollars if he came in and said this is the part that failed and this is the part they installed. Instead he kept arguing even after I told him I got someone who could require medical assistance at any moment. I need to make sure the entire building doesn’t use them.

The best! I've gotten copies of keys a few times, and I'm so glad they're here. The prices are great, the staff is so kind, and the keys are ready in no time! Just remember to bring cash for keys.
