Latest Update: I met with the team at Abel Roofing Company and they went above and beyond to remediate some of my concerns we had come up. During install one of the water lines was struck by a nail in the attic because it was not correctly placed away from the roof decking or protected by a metal plate. They brought a team out and helped patch the damage to my ceiling. In addition the team at Abel, also took a look at a concern I had with a few shingles and confirmed with me that there was no integrity loss or functional issues with the roof after further inspection. Chris Palas was a lifesaver when I needed a roof replacement. He talked me through the process and was so kind and considerate.
