We used Abernathy Paint Master Refinishing to reface our cabinet doors and drawers and paint the boxes and paint our guest washroom, ensuite and laundry room cabinets. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the very beginning! Kim, the owner, provided a tour and a thorough explanation of their processes at our first visit and all of the staff were very professional and thorough in their tasks. Efficient company, great communication, over-delivered, remarkable paint finish!!! Their method and product to refinish kitchen cabinets is excellent!!! Abernathy Finish Master was an excellent choice for resurfacing our kitchen cabinets. We had never considered resurfacing cabinets before but luckily we found them on the internet. We visited their workshop and small showroom and were wowed with their process and the end product. Everything went perfectly, from the removal of doors and drawer fronts, the prep to our existing kitchen to contain the dust from our open concept great room, the subsequent painting of the cabinets in house and the perfectly painted door fronts and drawer fronts that were returned and expertly installed with new closers and hardware. There was nothing that we would have changed with the process. Their workers were professional and easy to have in the house throughout the process!

I believe there is a new owner which has impacted on their reputation. My previous service from them was excellent which was a year ago. in the meantime one of my drawer fronts fell off and a hinge on the wall came out because of a stripped screw. I called them three times before I finally got a response from them. They said “we did the job a year ago and hardware wears out so, I can send someone out to fix it but I will charge you.’” My home is only ten years old and my cabinet hardware did not wear out. I paid to have the screw holes filled so the screws would pull out. I paid them Approximately $19,000 to paint my cabinets. I would not use them again or recommend them.
