ABF Freight

I would like to personally thank Neil. He was such a kind gentleman and helped deliver a very large package to my home today. He is an incredibly hard worker. I was extremely impressed with how he managed to deliver this package, in which should have taken two people to deliver! Great employee to this company!

We used ABF for our move from South Bend to Philadelphia area. Booking the UPack ReloCubes was super easy, and customer service was so kind and helpful as I asked more questions and changed details as our date got closer. We loaded at the South Bend facility and everyone was helpful and flexible, even when we took much longer than we anticipated. Communication was always clear and easy. Will absolutely use the company again for our next move.

ABF was so easy to work with, there communication is out of this world. I would highly recommend ABF for all your logistics needs, you won't be let down.

Incompetence all the way through and nothing but excuses. Perhaps they are better for businesses, but for residence deliveries I would never recommend. I have scheduled delivery of a single freight 3 different times, and they weren't able to hit on any of the 3. To make it worse, I had to call them at the end of the day to find the status of the 2nd attempt. The package was in a different state still, but they couldn't even call me to tell me not to clear my schedule and stay home for the afternoon! I will say the driver seemed like a nice guy. Some of the excuses: - My person who makes those calls came in late today (it was 4PM at the time of that comment) - The person who calls had a lot of calls to make (4PM still) - It's the end of the month and it gets very busy now (keep in min
