Brenton Heath was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He personally completed our free estimate, walked us through all of our options, and even met with our insurance adjuster on our behalf. He truly went above and beyond, delivering a level of service that felt like white glove treatment. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new metal roof—and the peace of mind that comes with a great warranty.

Abide Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very quick to come out for the initial inspection and then worked closely with the insurance company to coordinate a complete roof replacement. They did an amazing job of working with my schedule and the weather and were always responsive to any questions we had. The work was done very quickly, professional and looks amazing. They cleaned up and disposed of everything without any issues. There have been several storms roll through since the new roof was installed and it has held up very well. Alex, who handled our install, has checked in several times to make sure we haven't had any issues and was always helpful and courteous. Contacted Abide Roofing after hearing a commercial from Landrum Robert’s with WJOX. I needed someone to look at a small roof repair and Jadon Wilbanks reached out quickly, gave me an estimate to repair and had it scheduled and completed within a few days. I could not be more pleased with the professional service I received. Before calling Abide Roofing, I had reached out to several local companies only to be told “we are too busy to look at small repairs “ or “ if you need a new roof, I can send someone out” or just not respond when I told them what I needed done. Jadon with Abide not only gave me an estimate on the repairs but did a full roof inspection and advised our roof was in great shape other than the small repair area.
