I have used Gipson Heating and Air for 2 HVAC units now, five years ago and this week. Shane is so knowledgeable, kind, and a man of integrity. His prices have been well below the other companies. I know sometimes he has given me things at his cost, losing profit for himself. This week I had Ethan and Austin install my new system. I couldn't ask for more polite, respectful, young men. They were happy to answer all of my questions and even offered to return the next day if I had any issues or concerns. My new system is perfect and I couldn't be happier. Gipson Heating and Air is a very capable, experienced family-owned business with multiple skill sets. We have used them to replace our main single stage heat cooling system and they also came back to make repairs at no charge. They also replaced our water heater on very short notice at a great price. Their techs are always courteous and clean, wearing booties every time they come inside, and they work fast without a lot of chit-chat. We are indebted to them and would highly recommend them as a trade company with high skills and equal integrity.

We were without air all night in this heatwave and called these guys in the am. First thing this morning Austin came to the house and quickly restored our air by 0900!!! He was very pleasant and professional as always!!! Thanks guys!
