Abita Lumber Co Inc

It’s been a while since I have use Abita Lumber, as I get a military discount at the big box stores. This time I needed a decent size lumber and concrete order delivered so back to Abita I went. I asked the salesperson if their lumber was better than Lowe’s and Home Depot, he said he didn’t know, I was disappointed he didn’t feel better about his wood. Anyway, everything went smoothly and the delivery date was set for the next day. I received my order in the morning, I was happy about that, but further into the day, as I used more lumber and got down to the bottom of the pile of 6x6x10s….Wow, there are two post the have 4 deep cuts… each almost half the way through. I immediately called the salesman and told him how bad this was and also that I had another 4x4x8 that looked pretty rough. H

Great customer service from Bryce. He walked me through all of the trimmers and accessories and helped me make a decision. The other staff was also super friendly. Abita Lumber also doubled the warranty on the trimmer from 2 to 4 years by just buying a pack of 2 cycle oil mix which I needed anyway. I am glad I made the decision to shop local today.

Don't expect to get a call back no matter what they tell you. You better stay after them, but that's what customer service seems to have become these days. Update: since my 1st visit, I have returned and they are easy to deal with and are easy to do business with.

Best place to buy Stihl saws and equipment. They are a factory authorized repair center as well. Great people who are very knowledgable and helpful.

Had a very good shopping. That was very helpful and knowledgeable and got me just what I needed. Staff even gave me a few tips that worked out fine and made my job at home a little easier. I would recommend this place to anyone.
