I was happy to get my problem resolved with the help of Roto-Rooter and more specifically, their technician John M. He worked diligently at my home and explained things thoroughly and easy for me to understand. He gave good direction and advice on how best to prevent issues.

Roto Rooter did an awesome job replacing our water heater. They got us in quick and were on time the day of. Our water heater is in tricky/tight spot and they had to work some magic getting the new one in. Their attention to detail was unmatched. The guys talked me through everything they were going to do and were extremely professional. We are loyal roto rooter costumers now!!!
