Able Appliance Repair

I wanted to leave this review to applaud Paul, as it’s rare to find someone who truly goes the extra mile to make sure a problem is fully resolved. We called him about a freezer that wasn’t cooling, and I was very impressed with his work ethic and thoroughness in fixing the issue. I’ve used several highly rated appliance repair companies in the past with mixed results. One big advantage of Able Appliance Repair is that it’s a one-man service - you know exactly who will be showing up. With other companies, different technicians came each time, and the level of service varied widely depending on who arrived. Paul’s consistency and dedication really stood out amongst many.

Our oven unexpectedly conked out two weeks before Christmas. Paul was able to get out within a few days at a very busy time of year, diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly presented the pros and cons of both options: repair or replace. In addition to Paul's friendly and honest approach to our problem, his price was very reasonable. I love Able Appliance Repair's mission and we received great service, so I recommend Paul to anyone who wants prompt, professional service at a fair price.

We had a leak inside our washing machine. Paul came out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair in a very short time frame. Paul is friendly and professional and his prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend his services and will call him again when we need something done.

Paul was amazing. He got right back to my husband, came in a timely manner! He knew exactly what was going on with our fridge and even offered and sprinted to Omaha for the part & came back to finish the job. Will recommend to anyone we know who needs it!
