Knew the person who did our septic tank draining would have retired many years back, so waited too long to find someone new. Picked Norms because of the reviews, and come to find out Bill bought the business from our previous guy (company name did sound familiar). Bill did an excellent job and went above and beyond what was expected (we had a lot of gunk buildup). Appreciate the quick turnaround and will be a repeat customer!

Bill was very responsive and always kept his word, making multiple trips to get the job done. The work was completed on time and didn't exceed the quoted price. We had serious problems with our septic drain field. Billy and Alex worked us into their busy schedule to fix it. Explained the project in understandable detail. We were impressed with the quality of the work and their professional demeanor. Highly recommend them!

We have worked with Bill since buying our house in 2017 and he has been there for us every step of the way in figuring out our septic and its issues. He was willing to help us work through less costly possible solutions instead of the usual auotmatic response from other septic companies of "you just need a new 20k+ system.." and we really appreciate that. We did end up just going with a new septic install and Bill was there for that as well. He and his crew ended up doing the new septic install and we are very happy with the results. Bill was always honest and if he said he'd do something he followed through and didn't treat us like it was all about the money. Thank you for everything Bill! This is a great company. Billy and his crew are very knowledgeable, and won’t stop until they figure out what the issue may be.
