Please avoid at all costs. I had a drive and apron put in and Able Concrete LLC tied in my new apron to the Hampton City sidewalk with flex seal caulk (not concrete) after I complained about the holes his company left in the city walk. I have a complaint with the City of Hampton inspector's office and a BBB case number.
