Disappointed with Parts Availability and Support I’ve consistently run into issues with this distributor when it comes to maintenance and repair inventory. While they’re quick to sell new units, they fall short when it comes to stocking replacement parts or common service components for the very systems they distribute. This has caused unnecessary delays for my install techs and headaches for customers who expect timely repairs. It’s frustrating to work with a supplier that doesn’t fully support the lifecycle of the products they sell. If you rely on prompt access to repair parts and solid post-sale support, you may want to look elsewhere.

I haven't even been here but it sounds like i would have a hard time buying or getting quotes without digging up my epa card i earned over 20 years ago. Can i pass a HVAC installer test at the counter even though i have accounts all over the city? I've been on hold for 25 min after calling the number to setting up a new account. Wow, don't want a new high output client?

I'm a Hvac business owner from the Southside of Chicago, i was in the area serving a customer and stopped in for a transformer. I was to that since I didn't have my epa card with me I couldn't make a purchase. I did have my company's bank card with me and was rejected. Also i asked if i can show a business card with receipts from other vendors, he said no. Another customer seen how I was treated and offered to purchase transformer for me, right in front of sales clerk.. I felt very disrespected and will never stop in this store again. I wasn't trying to purchase refrigerant, or evan a furnace, but only a small electrical part.Able should employ better customer service reps.
