Very convenient parking and a very pleasant attendant. Was a very smooth experience. Maybe a bit expensive… but this is New York!
Typical NYC parking rates. Staff was nice. Location seemed safe and secure.
Could give it 0 stars if I could. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. The Hispanic guy (presumably the manager) kicked us out over a simple misunderstanding.
Monthly customer and I love this garage! Everyone is wonderful and helpful and careful with my car. Bonus if you have an electric car they have chargers here! I never even have to think about it with my Tesla
This is a very dangerous place with very poor service and they are criminals. They scammed a charity by playing good and bad. Stole over $100 from us and I am a New Yorker. They have the keys and the cars. We paid in FULL in ADVANCE and they refused to accept it. C R I M I N A L. AVOID AT ALL COST. H O R R I B L E. S T A Y A W A Y. Any other place. Just stay away.
