ABM Parking

On 02/03 I used this lot to park my car while I tended to a few things on behalf of my boss. As you may remember it was snowing heavy, cold, windy. When I parked the man was rude and dismissive. Pointed over to his left, park there and bring me the key.. whatever I just needed to park. So when I returned from the errands I handed him my ticket and asked "how much do I owe you" He looked at the ticket and said "$30.00". I said ok handed $40.00 and said "I need a receipt". He handed my $10.00 change with the receipt. As it was so cold and of course he didn't get the car or help remove the snow..I didn't tip him. I rolled it up put it in my pocket and got my car. Today I went to give the receipt to my boss to be reimbursed my $30.00 only to find out the receipt said $28.00. Now this is simple

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a joke and the people that work there truly are the epitome of the word a**hole. My husband had our 1 yr old daughter in the back and drove around the lot looking for a spot today. There were no spots that our SUV would fit into so he decided to try another lot. He pulled up, handed the jerk attendant the ticket and told him he couldn't find a spot that would fit the car and the guy told him he needed to pay 8.00 bc he had been in the lot for 30 min or more. My husband continued to explain that he had only been in the lot 10 minutes driving around and didn't park but this sub human forced him to pay the money before he opened the gate. DO NOT PARK HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! The workers are lying scums!!! They posted a discounted rate online and when we pulled up and showed them the ad, for $27 a day, they just rushed me a parking ticket and said to come back tmrw and show them this ticket and you will get the discounted rate ($27 instead of $36). When we were ready to check out the next day, the worker pretended he didn't know anything about that EVEN THOU I SHOWED HIM THE SCREEN! HE HELD MY KEYS HOSTAGE AND WOULD NOT RETURN THEM. He then proceed to have me pay on the website which is impossible to navigate and told me to call the number on the sign. on 3/23/2014, my wife and mom parked their car in this lot to go to the academy of music to see phantom of the opera. when they returned to get the car the attendant held them hostage and refused to give my wife the key to the car until she paid $28. he told her that she had lost the ticket when in fact he had never given her a ticket. he then took my wife's license and registration information. my wife then paid him $16. as soon as she paid him he pulled the key out of his pocket! itold my wife not to leave the parking lot until she retrieved her information (i do not trust anyone). when she asked for her information back he refused. i told her to call the police. Horrible place. It looks like the ceiling is going to fall down on you. I suppose there's some construction going on because there a lot of yellow tape everywhere and you don't know where you're going. The parking spaces are weirdly painted. The regular exit has been blocked with orange cones and they just painted "exit" on the barriers. Didn't know which way to go. You have to make a literal 90 degree turn to exit, I'm not exaggerating here, you get to the barrier and it says "exit" to the left and there's no space to curve your way in, you have to back up and fit your through a very tiny space between the concrete wall and column. Then I get to the pay station and the man doesn't even say Hello. Looked at me like I'm supposed to know that he hates his job. Seriously, don't go there
