Wish I could give zero stars. The attendent was so rude right off the rip. He was condescending and then proceeded to have an attitude for the rest of the interaction. I was scared to give him my keys and allow him to have access to my vehicle. Terrible service. You would think that he would be nice so he could be tipped, but clearly he did not care nor think of that. If I didn't have an appointment, I would've parked elsewhere. 👎

We parked here for an afternoon concert. Afterwards, our brand new car had a large ding and a 1.5” scratch-both with the paint totally scratched off. The cars were crowded in, and ours had been moved when we went to retrieve it. We had been delighted to get a place so close to the venue and at a good price. Never again!

Very sketchy place and very homophobic too. DON’T PARK THERE!! Pulled up on a Sunday morning to go to brunch. The attendant asked how long I will be and I said maybe about two hours. I’m not sure how long brunch will take! He immediately said $30! I said how do I know if I spend less time? Shouldn’t I pay when I come back and I know how long it took? He immediately said that I would not be able to park and to leave! I would never park there again. If you have prices for different hours, I’m not paying in advance! I found free parking RIGHT after. I will never park there again. The attitude of the attendant is beyond belief!

I needed parking in center Center Philly last minute for a graduation and was okay with and expecting to pay the posted price ($5 per 1/3 hour, high demand time) for around 3 hours of parking. However, to my great surprise, I was charged the overnight price, $17 total. The lot attendant made no mention of charging me the less expensive rate and so it really seemed he just did it to be kind. Even before I knew he was going to be unnecessarily kind, I felt very safe and secure leaving belongings in my car while it was in this lot. If you need secure parking within quick walking distance to center city you can feel comfortable leaving your car here.

Made a reservation ahead of time only to be told by the attendant that he doesn’t park Teslas. I have never heard of this. I had to call corporate for a refund and we were almost late for our show. We asked if we could park it ourselves because there were many open spots and he wouldn’t allow it.
