If I could give zero stars I would. Our spot hero QR code kept erroring out. We called parking. No answer. Long line of cars formed behind us. So we moved out of way and went to stand alone machine to call to figure out problem. Was met with the rudest women who accused us of going around hitting call on all the machines. I tried to explain but she wanted to argue. Was not going to argue with her. She demanded we go back in line and wait for her to call us. We did, only for more cars to line up. My husband finally tired of waiting called. She answered eventually with a very rude: is this Kari???? He said no it’s her husband. Suddenly she went nice. Will never use this garage again. Be weary of parking app QR codes not working only to be met with horrible customer service.

took 45 minutes to exit cause the gate at the exit has an impossible to use ticket reader and no one could get it to work in less than 5 to 10 minutes. Lots and lots of other garages near by. Google 'Closest parking to ....................

Ticket reader would not scan my barcode that I purchased online. I called the customer support and spoke to two disrespectful and very rude people that told me “that’s your problem” when letting them know my barcode was not working even though I paid for it that morning. Then I pay the $24 because I had no choice but then the gate doesn’t open. I had to sit there for another 10 minutes waiting for customer support to answer and open the gate for me. I got in my car at 5:05 and did not exit the garage until 5:30. This parking garage is horrible and the staff are so rude it’s not even worth it. Those ticket readers don’t even work well either so park at your own risk.

Self parking kiosk in the evenings. No security. Like everything downtown, park at your own risk.
