about airtek

Airtek is a terrible AC company and their service is poor. The company’s owner Muneef recommended a 2-ton split AC unit for my garage, so I requested him to install a unit with 19-seer rating, but they installed a 17-seer unit which was not effective at all and did not cool my insulated garage. I paid for a 19-seer unit and received a 17-seer. Airtek took my check and never gave me a receipt. I requested a receipt ten times, but never received one. They just give empty promises. I asked him to replace the unit with a more effective unit such as a 3-ton unit, and he said he would have to check the price difference but he never replied or answered my calls after that. Don’t deal with Airtek, otherwise you will be very disappointed.

Muneef was very professional and highly experienced. My AC broke down during heat wave. The problem was a subtle one about the wiring. He recognized the problem and solved it right away. Great service. 5 stars 🙂
