Above All Construction, owned by brothers Brock and Lee Cordway, replaced my roof in 2019. Lee works a full-time job and does roofing on the side, and he was usually only on site for 30min a day. This was not revealed to me until mid-way through the project when a retired neighbor asked me about the "guy in the truck wearing flip flops" that shows up around 4:30pm each day. Brock is the foreman. I caught some sloppy work during the job including exposed nail heads, top rows of shingles that weren't nailed in completely (with a 1"+ gap to the row below), OSB decking with unsupported 3-5" gaps between adjacent sheets.
