Joe did a great job installing 2 new openers June 2020 and rebalancing my garage door tracks. At least I thought so. However, when I had a door come off it’s tracks April 2021 (first time in 20 years), I called Joe to get his assistance. Phone messages are not setup for the company number. Hmm. Not a good sign. I texted requesting a reply, even if he was still in business. iMessage shows my messages as received AND read, but no response. Ghosted. Does this company still exist? If it does, don’t expect any service after installation. Stay away.
We gave Joe Morgeson a $2,000 deposit for new garage doors on 8/13 and have not heard from him since. He does not answer his phone. He does not respond to voicemails. He talks a great game, when making his sales pitch but does not deliver after almost 8 weeks.
He installed a door for me 2 years ago, did a good job, but he was waiting for a switch to go on the wall and some lights and I needed one side readjusted and could never get hold of him again, would never return any messages.
