Beware of this contractor. Andy installed gutter, fascia and roof / gutter heat cables at my home. The gutter and heat cables failed during the winter if 2023, a few months after the install was complete. Andy gave me his word he would replace the failed gutters and heat cables as warranty work. I gave him an additional $400 in March of 2023 to cover the cost of additional heat cables that he told me were necessary to prevent future damage. The warranty and heat cable work has not been performed to date, almost a year later. Andy has become completely unresponsive and now I have contracted someone else to fix his work and it has put me out an additional $1500. I feel taken advantage of and should have never trusted Andy. The crew did a great job on two of our houses installing gutters with screens. I thought they were easy to work with and reasonably priced. We will call them again!

This started in early October, so it has been six months and still not completed. We were told it was a one day job, maybe two with the leaf guards, and they were a week and a half out. There were several dates set and no-show. There were a few days he would show for a couple hours and leave. There were a lot of extremely long and apologetic text messages. I gave a deposit and paid extra as needed. There was one time he used a Square Credt Card device as I didn't have cash and it was for $1,000. Since then I have been recharged $1,000 four times. The first one he refunded. The next two we were going to settle once the leaf guards were done, but again he is a no-show. Now I have been charged another $1,000. A total crook, do not use, took a deposit and never showed up. Lied several times about coming out to install my gutters. Long text messages with excuse after excuse. Do your research on Andy and his business and you will see a list of other people he had fooled and stolen their money. Shows up with a real truck, measures and writes a proposal, takes a deposit then nothing!!!

Update as of 4/10: Andy messaged my a month ago saying he wanted to do the right thing and refund my money but I have not heard from him since March 20th which is pretty typical from my experience with this contractor. Run. Do not hire this contractor. Andy, no-showed on me 6x times between August and November and still has not returned my $500 deposit, which he continues to make up a myriad of excuses for. His no-show excuses ranged from being too busy with other jobs, dropping his phone in an oil tank, his truck breaking down, a car accident and a heart attack. I truly hope he is ok but after all the excuses he has made up I cannot believe anything he says. He finally returned a $240 deposit in mid-January after I asked for both deposits back in November.
